Challenge:
TRNR, a premium Australian fitness brand, sought to expand into North America with a differentiated approach to fitness that emphasized design, unisex appeal, and mental/physical wellbeing.

Our Role:
BasedIn helped TRNR refine its brand voice, shape its North American positioning, and develop go-to-market assets to support both DTC and retail initiatives. We also supported early activation campaigns to drive awareness and community.

Results:
